Sean Harvey, MSOD, MSEd, is the Vice President of the Talent Consulting at Partners in Human Resources International. Sean's first exposure to the socially-minded career path began when he started his first non-profit, a youth group for the city of Dayton, Ohio, at the age of 16.

Twenty years later, Sean continues to pursue his path by helping other values-driven professionals gain career clarity and developing socially-responsible organizations that make a difference.

Sean has dedicated his practice to empowering the next-generation to create real and impactful change in their organizations and beyond, catering to three distinct types of professionals: Generations X and Y, values-driven and socially-minded, and creative and artistic. He brings over twelve years of career and performance coaching, organizational change management, and human capital consulting experience to his practice.

Over the years, Sean has developed academic teaching affiliations with Cornell University (Industrial and Labor Relations), New York University (School of Professional and Continuing Studies), Baruch College, CUNY (Zicklin School of Business), and the Graduate Center CUNY. He currently teaches courses in the areas of Organization Behavior, Organizational Change, Leadership, and Career Management.

Sean holds an MSOD in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago, an MSEd in Counseling from Fordham University, a graduate certificate in Public Service Administration and a BA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University.
