- FreshersWorld.com - for engineering freshers, mostly, with information about jobs and schools, a forum, and a privacy policy posted.
- JobsAhead - from Monster.com, jobs by location (Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, plus "international") or by category (IT, sales, marketing, etc.). A privacy policy is posted.

Rediff has a privacy policy, but watch for the privacy policies of the sites where the jobs are actually posted. That privacy policy will determine how your personal information is treated.
- Naukri - an amazing site offering many different ways to find jobs - the usual key words and location, also experience level (fresher to 30 years), functional area, industry, employer. They even have "Top Employers" and "Best Places to Work" employers listed
with links to the company's jobs. I could not find a privacy policy or an indication of how "Best Places to Work" are identified/selected - it could just be based on a fee.
