It also concerns me greatly if an active job seeker has been actively looking for more than 2 months... Even if it&#039;s in the 1-2 month range, I ask the question: &quot;How far along the interview process are you with other companies?&quot;  I like to hear that a person is in-demand and has several active interviews going on with a number of companies.
