Before founding her own company in 2006, Deborah Shane spent 20 years in broadcast media (radio) in sales, management and training in corporate America with Cox Radio and Clear Channel.
Deborah earned her status as an expert in job search for women the old-fashioned way - she lived it. With her background in education and communications, helping women with job search is a natural fit. Like many women, her career has followed a dynamic path, combining corporate success with entrepreneurial success.
In 1994, she began training and mentoring sales professionals both in the Continuing/Adult Education school system and in broadcast media. She has designed and developed several original sales and professional development curricula. Deborah spent two years at the University of Florida, then transferred to Florida Atlantic University where she got a BA in English and a Teaching Certification. The expression “you only come this way one time" has always motivated her to follow her dreams and take some risks along the way.
Deborah is founder and President of Train With Shane, which delivers education, training, and professional development in the sales, marketing, and motivation process fields.
